1. Acceptance

By accessing or using pratipariksha.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by ChemYukti, India, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

The Service is intended for students and learners. If you are under 18, you should use it with the involvement of a parent, guardian or teacher. You agree to provide accurate information when you contact us or register.

3. Free use & paid features

• Free practice: 7 practice questions per device each week, plus free games, resources and a set number of free PratiBot messages.
• Practice unlock: ₹99 adds 50 more practice questions to your device.
• Birthday Predictor game: ₹50, one time on your device (see the refund note below).
• Brain Duel Champion Card: ₹29, one time on your device, unlocks the shareable result card and full answer review.
• PratiBot top-ups, CHET registration and paid resources are priced as shown at the point of purchase.

Paid features are unlocked on the specific device/browser used to purchase, identified by the device identifier described in our Privacy Policy. Clearing your browser data may remove access. Create an account to keep purchases tied to your login.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. A purchase is confirmed only once Razorpay reports a successful, verified payment.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Our products are digital goods unlocked instantly, so they are generally non-refundable once delivered. Specific cases:

• Failed or duplicate charges: if you are charged but the feature is not unlocked, or you are charged twice, we will refund the affected amount in full. Email us with your payment ID.
• Birthday Predictor game: the game narrows your birth month and day from your own Yes/No answers, so an honestly-played round is always correct. As a goodwill gesture, if you tell us we somehow missed, we return a token ₹10 to your original payment method — the rest is non-refundable, and you keep access to the game.
• CHET / courses: course fees may follow a separate cancellation schedule communicated at registration.

6. Fair use & conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass free limits, paywalls or device checks, or to cheat the practice, games or referral system.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute our questions, content or resources without permission.
• Misuse PratiBot, attempt to extract its prompts, or use it to generate harmful content.
• Disrupt, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We may suspend or remove access for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.

7. Referrals & wallet

Referral cashback and wallet credit are promotional balances usable only within the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may be adjusted or revoked if we detect fraud or self-referral.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding (PratiPariksha, ChemYukti, CHEM, CHEA, CHET), questions, designs and software are owned by ChemYukti or its licensors and are protected by law. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning.

9. Games & entertainment features

Features such as the Birthday Predictor, Brain Duel and any personality/fortune readings are provided for fun and entertainment. They are not professional, astrological, medical or career advice and should not be relied upon as such.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep content accurate and the platform available, we do not guarantee error-free questions, uninterrupted access, or any particular exam outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these terms, prices and features at any time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. You may stop using it at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction in India.
